You can follow the below mentioned steps to upload the details of your ward:

1. Enter the admission number & name of the student and press the link to 'Continue'.
2. Enter the entire information of the student on the portal and click the link to continue.
3. Select the option of 'Mode of Transport' and enter the relevant information.
4. Take the printout of the final copy on an A4 size sheet and paste the photographs required.
5. Submit the completely filled form to the class teacher of your ward.

NOTE:
1. All private vehicles should drop the students to the school not before than 10 minutes of the school time.
2. In case of private vehicles hired by the parents, the cab driver's character & antecedent (police) verification are to be provided to the school by the parents.
3. Parents to ensure that there is a lady attendant / mother volunteer always present in the van in case of girl student commuting through the private van.
