Parent Advocacy
Parents are integral to the ethos of learning. It is a fourteen year dialogue for lifelong learning. We have an active parent teacher association, parent voices in teaching, learning. Parent surveys provide feedback. Orientations are conducted at all levels; Parents are encouraged and attend all school programs ranging from annual day, sports events, independence day celebrations, symposiums etc. Springdales believes in homeschool partnerships. Our school runs like a family and all stake holders are involved.
The school is involved with meaningful engagement with community members. This two way communication
- Assists child learning
- Involves Parents in decision making and on the advisory committee of the school
- Focuses on building, trusting and collaborate relationships among teachers and students
- Respects faculty needs and bridges class and cultural differences among students
- Embraces the philosophy of partnership where power and responsibility is shared and where parents are advocates for their children.
