The pedagogy is extremely child centered where the curriculum is tailor made for each child and caters to personal needs and abilities of the learners. Springdales has been showcased by the Government of Delhi as a model school that reflects integration of over two hundred under privileged children, with a Department for Inclusive Education.
It has brought in development programmes, ranging from health camps to sanitation drives, adult literacy to vocational training, to even adopting a government school for rebuilding. It has a diverse composition of student community.
