Our sports program continues to be a cornerstone of school life, inspiring students not only to compete but to grow, persevere, and support one another in the pursuit of excellence.
Prioritizing the physical fitness of students, the school organized a plethora of activities for all classes within the school campus.
More than 900 students attend the morning Coaching Sessions.
Our school has been declared a Fit India School and awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Government of India and the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Additionally, we received a Certificate of Appreciation on the occasion of National Sports Day.
The school hosted the Annual Athletic Meet to celebrate the essence of sports, promoting health and wellness among students through the track and field events.
We organised the I.P Kapoor football tournament in April. The hard-fought match between Springdales PUSA and Dhaula Kuan strengthened the teams' character and brought them closer as a community.
This year, footballers have showcased extraordinary determination and passion. The senior team won first position in the Championship held at St. Michael's. Our young player stood first in the Seven Star Cup held at Guru Nanak Public.
The shooting stars of Springdales continue to shine and win accolades. Our young expert hit bullseye and won the "TOP PERFORMING ATHLETE" title and was honoured as the "GOLDEN GIRL" winning several gold and silver medals at national and state level.
Our grandmasters made us proud by winning top positions at school, zonal and state level chess tournaments. These students continue to set higher standards for themselves and qualified for the Nationals.
In basketball Zonals, senior boys bagged silver medal. Junior girls and sub junior girls won bronze medals. Sub-junior girls also secured bronze in the Under-14 category.
The winning spree continued in Table Tennis as the sub junior boys and girls teams bagged bronze medals at Zonal level tournaments.
In lawn tennis, girls bagged gold and were declared best performers in the Under-14 category and Under-17 Category respectively.
Our ace swimmers remained undefeated in the water. They performed exceedingly well and won gold and silver medals in the championships.
Our talented skater remains unstoppable and has made a mark this year by securing the first position in the rink.
